Player Registration Update

Dear Folks
Few of the concerns were raised by our Stats desk. Please follow them and help us, please.

1) All clubs, when sending in the forms to the stats desk for player activation, must ensure that the player’s online data has been updated from their side on the BCMCL website to reflect:

1) Proper current address
2) Telephone number
3) Emergency contact details
4) DOB
5) Etc

This is required to be done as well for all players that have been activated already so far** 2) Considering the existing COVID situation, clubs are advised to have the players sign the registration form manually vs just a standard PDF name being added as everyone needs to read and agree with the guidelines to avoid any issues.

3) With multiple/duplicate player ID’s that are/were created going forward, the new player registration process will be as follows:

a) New player signs a form with the club.

b) The club admin will initiate a new player ID registration on the BCMCL site.

c) Player will receive an email with the 4 digit PIN, which needs to be provided to the club admin for the registration process to move forward.

d) Club admin will complete the registration process by sending the signed player registration form to the BCMCL stats desk.

4) All existing and new players must have their own email address, and one email address cannot be used for multiple players.
